BD FACSAria Cell Sorter

LSR Fortessa cell analyzer (BD Biosciences) uses up to five lasers (355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm and 640 nm) that enable the detection of up to 18 colours simultaneously. The collection optics reducing excitation losses and improving light collection efficiency results in optical efficiency that delivers maximal sensitivity and resolution for multicolor applications. BD™ High Throughput Sampler (HTS) allows sample loading from 96-well microtiter plates for screening assays.

Our newest cell analyzer CytoFLEX LX (Beckman Coulter) is equipped with six lasers (355 nm, 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, 638 nm and 808 nm) and provides the possibility of 21 parameters detection from tubes or 96-well plates. The system of interchangeable filters enables detection of side scatter from 405 nm laser suitable for small particle analysis. For acquisition and analysis, the machine uses CytExpert software.

The CytoFLEX SRT cell sorter (Beckman Coulter) is equipped with a 4-laser system (405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm and 638 nm) and allows detection in 15 fluorescence channels. Thanks to the interchangeable filter system, the instrument is able to measure the side scatter (SSC) from the 405 nm laser, which is suitable for analysis and subsequent sorting of smaller particles. A 100 μm nozzle and aerosol evacuation system is available. The instrument allows up to 4-way sorting into 15 ml and 5 ml tubes or separation into microtiter plates (up to 384-well plate).
