Bioorganic and Medicinal Chemistry of Nucleic Acids
Abstract
Design and synthesis of dNTPs bearing cycloalkyl or bicycloalkyl groups and their use in polymerase synthesis of modified DNA oligonucleotides containing the modified nucleotides. Then they will be used in SELEX with steroids as targets and the resulting aptamers will be evaluated using MST or BLI and applied in sensors for detecting steroid hormones and neurosteroids.
