Scientists from IOCB Prague joined Researchers’ Night on September 27. At the event, visitors could attend an engaging lecture on science and the economy by Dr. Miroslav Polášek, witness fiery experiments in front of the building, or explore a variety of presentations.
These presentations offered the chance to examine DNA, marvel at the tricks of powerful magnets, discover colorful solar cells that might one day outperform the current silicon-based ones, or take part in additional experiments inside. Visitors could also venture into the underground technical corridors and navigate through the fascinating termite jungle.
