2-Photon Polarization Microscopy

Image of 2-Photon Polarization Microscopy

Laser scanning confocal/two-photon microscope Olympus FV1200, uniquely equipped for polarization confocal and two-photon microscopy, as well as for basic Raman microscopy. The lasers allow single-photon excitation at 405 nm, 455 nm, 488 nm, 515 nm, 545 nm and 590 nm, and two-photon excitation at 740-1000 nm wavelenghts.

The polarization confocal microscope Olympus FV1200 is located in the space of the joint workplace of the IOCB and the 1st Faculty of Medicine of Charles University, in the building of the Purkyne Institute (Albertov 4, Prague 2).
