Since 2020, hands-on data analysis workshops have been organized in Prague, focusing on mass spectrometry (MS) data processing with mzmine. During this time, the mzmine community has grown significantly – thousands of researchers and analysts in academia and industry worldwide rely on its powerful MS data processing capabilities.
We are excited to invite you to the first official mzmine community meeting, which will bring together seasoned mzmine users, newcomers, and developers to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and discuss how mzmine powers cutting-edge research.
